Kids in Action host Maraleisa laces up with the Glory Girls Run Club—a group of girls who aren’t just running for fun (though they do love that part). They’re building confidence, teamwork, and unstoppable faith. It’s Kids in Action, running with the Glory Girls, and learning more about who God made us to be!
1. Name a hobby, sport, or exercise that you or someone you know does that requires focus, energy, and effort. Why keep doing that activity?
2. In the video, you see the girls training for their run. What shows you that they are working hard? What shows you that they are having fun?
3. Talk about a time when you or someone you know worked hard at something and achieved their goal.
4. In Isaiah 40:29-31, it says, “But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength.” What does Isaiah mean when he wrote this? In what ways can hoping in the Lord make you stronger?
5. Joshua 1:9 says, "Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go." What does God promise Joshua in this verse? How do you think Joshua might have felt when God told him to be strong and courageous? How would God’s promise help Joshua? How would it help you?
