Kids in Action host Maya examines piles and piles of leftover, mismatched Lego bricks and explains how kids and families can put them to good use. It’s Kids in Action, creatively building, helping others, and saving the planet, one Lego brick at a time.
Each of you must make up your mind about how much to give. But don't feel sorry that you must give and don't feel you are forced to give. God loves people who love to give. God can bless you with everything you need, and you will always have more than enough to do all kinds of good things for others.
1. Have you ever built something with Lego? If so, what was it?
2. Name some places in your community that would appreciate donations.
3. Talk about a time you or someone you know donated money, time, work, or possessions to a charity.
4. Tyler says, “What can you give? Maybe it’s your old Legos. Maybe it’s something else, like your time, your money, or your energy. Giving makes a difference.” Describe a time when giving made a difference.
5. Read Luke 21:1-4. What do these verses say about how we should give?
