Theme: God is the God of all things.
1. In Genesis 1, what does it mean that all God created was good?
2. Do you know the order of creation? God spent three days creating spaces, then the next three days filling these spaces.
Day 1: God looked at empty darkness and declared, “Let there be light.” And there was light. God enjoyed his light and called it good. Day 2: God looked at the waters and separated them from the sky. He enjoyed his sky and called it good. Day 3: God separated dry ground from the water. He then filled the land with plants and trees of many kinds. God enjoyed his land, his plants, and his trees, and called them all good. Day 4: God filled the sky with the sun in the day and the moon and the stars in the night. He enjoyed his beautiful lights and called them good. Day 5: God filled the sky with all sorts of birds, and filled the waters with amazing sea creatures. He enjoyed all the creatures he designed and called them all good. Day 6: God filled the land with animals, big and small, and called all his animals good. He then created one special creature in his own likeness: mankind! He surveyed everything he had made and said, “Everything I have created is very good!”The next time you’re outside, take a minute to look at something God created and enjoy it. As you listen to this episode, thank God for his creation. He designed this world for you and him to enjoy together forever!

Creation says “God is the God of all things.” The fall says “Everything is broken.” Redemption says “God can fix things.” Restoration says “We can help God fix things.” This four-part series allows us to see God's redemption story illustrated in the lives of Liz and his friends. Explore this epic story, learn why God sent Jesus to our world, and recognize your place in the story.

Challenge
Ephesians 2:10 says, “For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” God created you for good. Think about your God-created talents. Now think about the places you go and the people you know. How can you use your talents to do good works as you go places and spend time with people? Make a list of 10 good works that you can do, then choose at least one to do this week!
