In this episode, Julia describes how she was lost when she was a child. But Julia’s mother followed her fingerprints to find her. You can recognize God’s fingerprints in your world and in your life. Seeing God’s power over creation shows that you can trust him when things go wrong.

One person who experienced a lot of bad things was Job. He lost his family, his home, and his health. Job’s friends tried to comfort him, but they could not find a reason why all these bad things happened. Job asked God why these bad things happened. Then God showed Job his power over creation (Job 38-39). God is in control of everything and has a plan for it all.

Take a walk this week and look for God’s fingerprints. Think about the events of your day. Find God’s control in the little things as well as the big things. Report your findings to your family at dinner.
