Children today are the first generation to grow up surrounded by technology. Computers, tablets, smartphones, AI, and more define the way our world works and how we communicate. While technology offers many benefits, it also has downsides. How can we build intentional relationships in a digital world?​​ Technology, while allowing us to connect more than ever before, can also leave us feeling lonely or questioning our self-worth when we compare our lives to those of others. How can we help our children cultivate a healthy relationship with technology while also understanding the importance of genuine connections?
